Ingredients - Serves 6-8

2 lbs of ground beef beef

½ cup Italian Breadcrumbs

2 crushed cloves of garlic

2 tablespoon of dried or fresh oregano fresh

2 tablepoons of ground parmesan cheese


1. Blend the ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Form meatsballs by hand, squeezing the mizture together

3. Brown the meatballs on all sides over a medium heat

4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes or until cooked through

5. Serve with spaghetti, sauce and green beans

6. If you made more meatballs than you need, the raw meatballs freeze well
